An award-winning young dynamic UK's nationwide planning consultancy with a qualified team of architects and town planners.
Role Description
This is a remote commission-based role, and the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver professional advice to our clients. The role is a client-facing one, so having strong communication skills is a must. The candidate will advise the client verbally and using a template, complete a planning checklist for each client.

Responsibilities
- Compile phone consultations with the clients
- Prepare Feasibility reports
- Write Planning and Design Access Statements
- Submit planning applications and manage the communications with the council until the decision is made
Requirements
- RTPI-accredited Town Planner
- UK Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning
- Strong knowledge of UK national planning principles and practices
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data for informed decision-making

Work Schedule
PART-TIME or FULL-TIME
The role is home-based, so there is a degree of flexibility, but hours of work are from 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.
