Sales Agent

Fully remote | £26,000 starting salary, rising to £30,000 | Uncapped commission | Monday to Friday

Looking for a sales role where you can earn well while still having a great work-life balance?

At UIB, our Sales Agents work fully remotely, 11:00am–6:30pm Monday to Friday, with no weekends or bank holiday working. Alongside uncapped commission, you’ll benefit from Private Medical Insurance with Vitality, rewards for reaching sales milestones and plenty of support to help you develop and succeed.

About the Role

This isn’t cold calling.

You’ll speak to customers who have already applied for free insurance and are expecting to hear from us. You’ll help them set up their free cover before introducing our optional Accident Insurance product, highlighting the benefits and answering any questions.

This is a sales role, so you’ll be working towards clear sales and quality targets. Once fully established, the minimum expectation is 40 sales per month, with uncapped commission and additional rewards for reaching sales milestones.

You’ll follow our proven sales script and compliance processes, while delivering each conversation in a confident, natural and engaging way. You’ll build rapport, communicate clearly and make sure every customer interaction meets our quality and regulatory standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
