Remote Sales Closer (Contract) | Tender Hunter Europe

Hey, we're Viktor and Tai, the founders of Tender Hunter.

We're building the future of government contracting, starting now. Every year governments across Europe spend a fortune on public contracts, and most companies miss out because finding and winning tenders is slow, messy and buried in paperwork. Tender Hunter fixes that. We help companies spot the right opportunities and go after them with confidence.

Here's the deal. The two of us do all the outreach ourselves: prospecting, partner intros, LinkedIn, the whole lot. What we need is someone who loves the part we can't scale, which is closing.

So no cold calling, no building lists, no chasing people who never asked to hear from you. When a lead is qualified, we hand it to you. Your job is to turn that conversation into a happy customer.

What your days look like

  • Picking up warm, qualified leads we pass your way
  • Running discovery calls and demos that actually fit the person in front of you
  • Figuring out what each company wants to win and showing them how we get them there
  • Handling objections, agreeing terms and closing
  • Telling us what you're hearing out there, because it shapes what we build

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

One rule we take seriously

When a lead lands with you, reach out within 48 hours. If you don't, it goes back into the shared pool for someone else to pick up. Nothing personal. Fast follow up wins deals, and we'd rather no lead sits around going cold.

You might be a great fit if

  • You've closed B2B deals before, whether in SaaS, consulting, services or something else entirely
  • You're clear and confident in English (another European language or two is a real bonus)
  • You're self driven and happy working on your own schedule
  • You like consultative selling and earning people's trust
  • You know your way around public procurement or the government sector (nice to have, not a must)

Honestly, we care more about how you sell than where you've worked. If you're good at this, we want to talk.

How it works

  • Contract based, you work as an independent contractor
  • Commission only to start, on every deal you close
  • Paid retainers come in as we grow together
  • Fully remote, work from wherever you like, on hours that suit you

Why you might like it here

  • Warm leads come to you, so your time goes into closing, not hunting
  • You work directly with us, no layers, no red tape
  • You get in early at a fast growing company in a huge, underserved market
  • You shape your own schedule and your own income

Sound like you? Hit Apply or just send us a message. Tell us about the best deal you ever closed and why this caught your eye. We read every single one ourselves.
