Role Summary

The Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a junior-level growth specialist responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the professional services sector. The core purpose of this role is to build a high-quality sales pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers and scheduling qualified discovery calls for our senior consultants. Success is measured by the volume and quality of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) passed and the resulting impact on the sales funnel.

This is a Part-time, Remote position offering a competitive London-weighted compensation structure, including a base salary and uncapped commission per qualified meeting booked.

Work Setup & Collaboration

  • Fully Remote: Requires a high degree of self-management and a dedicated, quiet workspace for outbound calling.
  • Autonomous Execution: You will manage your own daily outreach schedule while adhering to core team syncs and reporting deadlines.
  • Small Team Agility: Direct collaboration with senior leadership and Account Executives in a 11-50 person company environment.
  • Process Focus: Use of standardized CRM workflows and lead-tracking protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with outreach standards.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and research potential clients within the professional services industry to ensure alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound prospects through discovery conversations to assess budget, authority, and need.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for senior closers, ensuring a seamless handoff and providing detailed prospect context.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by accurately logging all activities, notes, and lead statuses in real-time.
  • Iterate on outreach messaging based on response rates and feedback from the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Own your activity metrics, consistently hitting daily and weekly volume targets for calls and emails.
  • Participate in weekly sales huddles to share successful tactics and overcome common objections.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
