What you’ll do:
- Drive sales growth through direct virtual and in-person engagement with your target accounts to exceed targets and grow market share.
- Plan and execute your account sales plan focusing on key activities to generate enquiries, build pipeline, and continuously improve win conversion rates.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and continuous dialogue, presenting product updates to customers to drive new enquiries.
- Provide insights into the demand you are creating by actively maintaining quality CRM data in Salesforce.
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new customers which is focused around our growth strategy.
- Actively support competitor cross-selling opportunities to grow Eaton Market share.
- Follow up on leads and provide ongoing information to support the lead management process.
- Understand share within your accounts, define growth actions, and activities with agreed targets.
- Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed customer expectations.
- Data driven – be able to understand data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing.
- Working in a strategic manner developing account plans to maximize the influence and opportunity.
- Cross-sell as ‘One Eaton’ to drive new business opportunities.
- Gathering, identifying, and reporting customer and market information on new or prospective products.
- Working collaboratively and effectively across Eaton’s UK sales group and the wider organization.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in dealing with the electrical sector would be an advantage
Skills:
- Remote and field sales experience in electrical components - commercial and institutional sector’ channel sales would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience of sales in power management control components’ within the UK wholesale distribution sector would be an advantage.
- Onboarding and ongoing training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate as part of a large team, within a complex global organization.
- Resilient, energetic, efficient, curious, rapport building, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- IT literacy.
