I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why this works as commission-only
Because you're not hunting. Leads are warm and inbound, the installation infrastructure and supplier relationships are already in place, and the sales process is straightforward. Your time goes on closing, the highest-value activity, and you're paid accordingly.
Top performers take on new service lines as they launch and progress into Senior Sales or Sales Manager roles. Progression is earned on performance, not tenure.
How to apply
Send your CV with short answers to four questions:
- In a few sentences, explain what Starlink is and who it's best suited for in the UK.
- What experience do you have selling telecoms, networking, broadband or technical solutions?
- Why does a commission-based, remote sales role appeal to you at this stage of your career?
- Have you worked to sales KPIs, or helped train or manage other reps? Briefly explain.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a short video pitch as the next stage. It's how we keep the team standard high.
UK-based applicants only.
