About Us

The future Allen Agency, growing under Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking motivated and growth-minded individuals who are looking for more than just a paycheck. We help families protect what matters most through life insurance, mortgage protection, living benefits, retirement solutions, and financial protection strategies.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. It is an opportunity to build a business with flexibility, purpose, and the potential to create long-term income. Whether you're looking for a part-time opportunity, a full-time career, or a path to agency ownership, you'll have the freedom to design a schedule that fits your life while making a meaningful impact on the families you serve.

At its core, this business is about helping people. Much like exceptional customer service, you'll listen, educate, and guide clients through important financial decisions while building trust-based relationships. If you're coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally and personally, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

🚀 What You'll Do

  • Meet with individuals and families to identify their financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on available insurance and retirement solutions
  • Recommend customized coverage options based on each client's goals and budget
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Generate business through referrals, networking, and company-supported lead resources
  • Follow up with prospective clients and existing policyholders
  • Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and product offerings
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
