We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to support and grow a portfolio of anaesthesia and specialist injectable products across the UK.

This role acts as a key link between NHS customers, field sales, and internal teams, driving account retention, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring continuity of supply in a complex healthcare environment.

You will combine proactive sales activity, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Anaesthesia Portfolio

  • Monitor sales performance and re-engage inactive or declining customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to plan and prioritise key accounts
  • Identify and win new business through targeted outreach and data-led prospecting
  • Engage stakeholders on procurement frameworks, demonstrating value and supporting cost improvement objectives
  • Clearly communicate product value and differentiation to pharmacists and clinical stakeholders
  • Support equipment audits to understand installed base and future replacement or upgrade plans
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to align supply and customer requirements
  • Maintain regular customer contact and support consent and account administration processes
  • Contribute to forecasting, tender activity, and contract management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support quotation and pricing processes

Specialist Injectable Portfolio

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy stakeholders across NHS accounts
  • Manage and communicate supply issues, backorders, and shortages effectively
  • Support forecasting and reporting, using data to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrate understanding of NHS medicines procurement and supply structures
  • Collaborate with internal teams on regulatory and supply considerations
  • Maintain awareness of the pharmaceutical supply chain and wholesaler environment
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities arising from market supply dynamics
  • Support pricing and commercial discussions with customers

Essential Key Requirements

  • ABPI qualified
  • Strong communication skills across phone, virtual, and technical channels
  • Demonstrated customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Effective objection handling and sales conversion ability
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote role
  • Strong digital and technical capability (CRM systems, virtual engagement tools)

Desirable

  • Experience in anaesthesia, injectables, or hospital-based products
  • Knowledge of NHS procurement frameworks and tender processes
  • Experience engaging with pharmacy stakeholders
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong Excel and forecasting capability
  • Understanding of the UK pharmaceutical supply chain
