£30,000 Base + OTE | Remote, UK | Tech & Creative
Looking to build your career in tech sales without joining another traditional, heavily scripted sales environment?
We’re working with a forward-thinking creative agency that uses AI throughout its business, combining technology with strategy, creative, events and production to deliver work for major global brands.
They’re now looking for a confident and ambitious Sales Development Representative to help create new opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers and grow their client base.
The role
This is a proper new-business position where you’ll be trusted to build your own pipeline and take ownership of how you hit your targets.
You’ll be:
- Researching exciting businesses and identifying the right decision-makers to approach
- Picking up the phone and starting conversations with potential clients
- Using calls, email and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline
- Booking meetings with key decision-makers and introducing them to the Founder
- Building long-term relationships with prospects who might not be ready to buy straight away
- Using AI tools to help identify opportunities and work smarter
- Keeping your pipeline organised and logging conversations and next steps in the CRM
- Prospecting around major global technology events such as CES and Mobile World Congress, with opportunities to attend industry events yourself

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Resilient and comfortable following up when the answer isn’t immediately “yes”
