Position: Associate or Senior Associate - FSDI (Financial Services Disputes and Investigations)
PQE: 5 PQE+
We are seeking an experienced FSDI (Financial Services Disputes and Investigations) Associate/Senior Associate to join a leading, national, team on a fully remote basis, working from anywhere in England or Wales.
About the role:
In this role, you will handle a diverse, litigated, caseload across financial services dispute resolution- acting on behalf of several, well-known, retail banks. You will be instrumental in managing high-value cases, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering exceptional client service- manage a varied contentious caseload of secured recovery matters for several key financial services clients.

About you:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial services litigation and investigations, be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be adept at navigating shifting regulations and able to build lasting client relationships.

- England & Wales qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
- Previous experience managing complex, litigated, matters within an established FSDI team
- Previous experience handling secured lending or mortgage disputes would be advantageous
