Join a dynamic international brand specializing in pet essentials as a Social Media Manager
This role focuses on managing and growing Instagram and Facebook channels for a Shopify-based business targeting the US market. You will be responsible for creating engaging, authentic, and premium-quality content that resonates with pet owners, while ensuring a consistent and appealing brand identity across all social platforms.
Deliverables
- Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, photos, and short-form videos tailored to pet lovers.
- Write engaging captions and copy that reflect the brand’s tone and values.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to inform future content strategies.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook, including their respective content formats and analytics tools.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for pets and pet-related content.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work remotely and coordinate with an international team.
