Purpose of the Role

Pre-qualified prospects by phone and email, providing relevant information and guidance to convert them into qualified candidates. Conducted outbound calling campaigns, advised prospective candidates effectively, and delivered high-quality customer service.

  • Handled inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students and clients.
  • Responded to specific enquiries and provided first-level advice and guidance.
  • Resolved customer issues and addressed concerns efficiently.
  • Provided accurate information about the institution's academic programs and training offerings.
  • Participated in outbound calling campaigns to support student recruitment and engagement.
  • Improved the management and follow-up of inbound and outbound prospects across all acquisition channels.
  • Supported the sales and admissions teams during periods of high activity.
  • Assisted with additional initiatives, including large-scale outbound recruitment

Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Qualification: Remote Customer Service Advisor
  • Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of academic programs and training offerings
