Role Summary
We are looking for a competent assistant to remotely provide solutions, guidance, and advice for technical and operational queries raised during Karting events. You will need to support processes such as running battery health reports, completing checklists, and monitoring event status using bespoke systems. This is a weekend remote role working at least 2 weekends per month with our UK and US events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving kart reliability issues
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues affecting the operation of technical event equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving software issues
- Guiding the team through the late customer arrivals process
- Providing a response to regulatory queries
- Ensuring issue tickets are monitored and updated
- Assisting customers (via the Customer Experience Lead) in accessing FKL platform services
- To complete dedicated remote support processes such as running battery health reports, completing checklists, and monitoring event status
- Escalate issues to senior FKL team members, or the relevant 3rd party support, if there are issues that cannot be resolved
- To manage the event operations and guide the event teams on the completion of essential processes and procedures
- To record and monitor issues and resolutions to aid the continuous development of events

Essential:
- Able to provide your own laptop, phone, and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Capable of working independently and remotely
- Process driven and guided by standardized procedures
- Logical problem solver
- Good IT proficiency
- Can work under pressure and prioritize issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support event staff in busy periods
- Ability to maintain good situational awareness with multiple events simultaneously
- Some technical knowledge of electric powertrains or go karts
- Data analysis skills
