Role Overview
The role involves researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiences for clients, including accommodation, flights, cruises, tours, and complete holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching destinations, suppliers, and suitable travel options
- Preparing personalized quotations and itineraries
- Booking accommodation, flights, cruises, tours, and other travel services
- Liaising with clients and travel suppliers
- Providing support before, during, and after travel
- Maintaining accurate client and booking records
- Keeping up to date with destinations, industry developments, and supplier offers
- Completing ongoing professional training through InteleTravel University
