About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals who are interested in building a business in the travel industry. As a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences while providing excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule. It can be a great fit for individuals who enjoy travel, helping others, learning new skills, and working independently.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the business and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options
  • Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options
  • Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms
  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process
  • Maintain accurate client and reservation information
  • Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates
  • Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements
  • Participate in available training and professional development
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Market and grow your independent travel business

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry
  • Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required
