About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Remote Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
You'll receive inbound holiday enquiries through our social media channels and online platforms, helping customers find and book their perfect holiday.
This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships, provide expert holiday recommendations, and convert enquiries into bookings. All leads are provided by the company—no cold calling or prospecting required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound holiday enquiries
- Chat with customers via social media, WhatsApp, and online messaging
- Understand customers' travel requirements
- Recommend suitable holidays and packages
- Prepare quotations
- Follow up enquiries to maximise conversions
- Manage bookings from enquiry through to confirmation
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Confident using online messaging platforms
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Fast and confident typing
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Comfortable chatting on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and web chat
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Organised with good follow-up
Desirable
- Social media customer service experience
- Previous experience with TopDog systems
