Role Overview
We are looking for a Remote Travel Support Specialist to provide assistance with travel planning, coordination, and client communication. This role focuses on ensuring travel arrangements are organized and supported efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Support clients with travel scheduling and itinerary coordination
- Review reservation details and travel documentation
- Assist with updates and changes to existing travel plans
- Communicate professionally with clients and travel vendors
- Maintain accurate and organized records
