Position Overview
The Remote Travel Support Specialist provides assistance with travel coordination and client support, helping ensure that travel plans are organized, accurate, and handled efficiently. This role focuses on supporting the planning process and maintaining clear communication with clients and travel partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and itinerary components
- Respond to client questions and provide updates regarding travel plans
- Review reservations and documentation for accuracy
- Support modifications or updates to existing bookings
- Communicate with travel vendors to confirm details and availability
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel plans

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a timely manner
- Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or travel-related roles is helpful
