As a Startup Lead, Remote Research Clinicians (RRC), you will play a critical role in shaping and launching these innovative solutions across a portfolio of clinical studies.
In this role, you will lead startup strategy and execution for Remote Research Clinician services, partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are designed for operational success from the outset. You'll help translate complex study requirements into scalable, patient-centric solutions while driving quality, compliance, and efficiency throughout the startup lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Lead startup strategy and execution for Remote Research Clinician services across multiple clinical studies and sponsors.
- Partner with sponsors and internal stakeholders to design and implement hybrid and decentralized visit models that support patient-centered research.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for startup-related activities, ensuring alignment across project teams and operational functions.
- Develop study startup plans, timelines, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies to support successful study delivery.
- Drive operational readiness by overseeing process implementation, documentation, training, and study launch activities.
- Support business development activities by contributing operational expertise to proposals and strategic solution design.
- Monitor startup progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions to keep studies on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the startup portfolio.
- Contribute to the evolution of remote and decentralized clinical trial delivery by sharing best practices and identifying new opportunities for innovation.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within clinical research, including experience leading projects, programs, or complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and applicable regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and local regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of hybrid, decentralized, or patient-centric clinical trial models. Strong understanding of protocol requirements and their operational implications.
- Experience leading clinical trial startup activities.
- Ability to develop practical solutions to complex operational challenges.
- Experience supporting proposal development, strategic planning, or client-facing activities.
- Understanding of project financials, budgeting, and resource planning.
