Role Description
This is a full-time remote Work from Home Salesperson role focused on promoting Steven Edwards UW’s multi-service utility offerings to residential and business customers. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Generating leads through online outreach and referrals
- Conducting virtual consultations to understand customer needs
- Presenting tailored utility packages
- Managing a personal sales pipeline
- Following up with prospects
- Closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems

Additional responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Collaborating with the wider team through online meetings
- Staying up to date on product updates, pricing, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills: Including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities: Such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship building.
- Remote work and digital proficiency: Including comfort with online meeting tools, CRM or sales tracking software, and basic office applications.
- Organization and self-management skills: Including time management, prioritization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service orientation: With a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and providing a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Previous experience in sales, utilities, telecommunications, or related fields is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Ability to work legally in the UK, with reliable internet access and a quiet home workspace suitable for remote calls and meetings.
