Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Removals role based in Westoning. The role involves safely loading, transporting, and unloading household and business items, ensuring that clients’ belongings are handled with care and attention. Daily tasks include:

The person in this role will interact with customers on site, follow agreed schedules, and work closely with colleagues to complete moves efficiently. The position may require early starts, occasional long days, and adherence to all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and boxes.
- Strong customer service skills, with a courteous and professional approach to clients on moving days.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and coordinate with colleagues.
- Good organizational skills, including careful packing, labeling, and loading to protect items in transit.
- Basic problem-solving skills for handling access issues, tight spaces, and unexpected challenges during moves.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a flexible attitude toward working hours and job locations.
- Valid driver’s license and experience driving vans or larger vehicles for removals is beneficial.
- Previous experience in removals, warehousing, or a similar physical role is advantageous but not essential.
