Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Car Allowance

Our client, who provides removals and storage solutions, is currently looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Removals Group Sales and Customer Service Manager for their Manchester branch.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales and customer service teams. A typical day will involve leading your teams, overseeing their performance, and ensuring all objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties Include
- To lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and contribution targets.
- To drive revenue and brand awareness through business development/account management and the management of day-to-day sales activities and move coordination processes.
- To deliver a consistent first-class service in line with the company quality standards.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
- Prepare regular performance reports.

What You Need
We're keen to speak to skilled sales professionals with proven experience in a managerial role, preferably with a Removals background. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation is vital, as is having the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Candidates should be adept at developing strategic plans and be able to execute them successfully.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service management role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems and performance reporting tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
