Our client is an award-winning Removals and Storage company with an excellent reputation for customer service and quality. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and organised Move Manager to join their successful team in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys managing multiple tasks, building relationships, and ensuring customers receive a first-class moving experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
As a Move Manager, you'll take ownership of customer moves, coordinating every stage of the relocation process to ensure a seamless door-to-door service. You'll act as the main point of contact throughout the move, providing expert support while working closely with internal teams, overseas agents, and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer moves from quotation acceptance through to successful completion
- Coordinate complete door-to-door removals services
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements
- Liaise with UK and international agent networks, service partners, and internal departments
- Monitor consignments and provide customers with regular updates throughout their move
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation experience
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through additional products and services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer journey

What You Need
- Previous experience within a customer service, account management, or coordination role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively within a busy team
- Experience within the removals, relocation, or moving industry would be highly advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate
