About the Roles
Are you an experienced Move Manager, Move Coordinator, or customer service professional looking to develop your career within the removals and relocation industry?
We are recruiting for several opportunities with an award-winning Removals & Storage company that has an excellent reputation for quality and customer service.
You do not need previous removals experience to apply. If you have fantastic customer service skills and are excellent at administration, organisation, and communication, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided.
These are excellent opportunities to join friendly and successful teams in Leeds, Cambridge, Basingstoke, and Hertfordshire.
What You’ll Do
As a Move Manager or Move Coordinator, you will manage customers’ moves from quotation acceptance through to successful completion, ensuring they receive a smooth and professional service throughout.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing complete door-to-door removals and relocation services
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their move
- Liaising with internal departments, UK and international agents, suppliers, and service partners
- Monitoring consignments and providing customers with regular updates
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following company procedures
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services
- Delivering an outstanding and stress-free moving experience

What You’ll Need
- Fantastic customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, administration, or coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to work effectively within a busy team
Previous removals or relocation experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Candidates with strong transferable customer service and administrative skills are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
