We’re working with a well-established removals company in West London that is looking to hire a Removals Operations Manager. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day removals operations, coordinating teams and ensuring customer moves are managed effectively.

- Managing daily removals operations and coordinating moving teams.
- Planning schedules for removals crews, vehicles and customer moves.
- Monitoring ongoing removals jobs and resolving operational issues.
- Communicating with customers, drivers and internal teams throughout the removals process.
- Ensuring all vehicles are inspected and maintained weekly.
- Managing paperwork, job records and operational administration.
- Supporting the smooth running of household goods removals projects.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with:
- Experience managing removals operations within the removals industry.
- Knowledge of household goods removals processes, including crew coordination and move planning.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers, teams and suppliers.
