Warehouse Manager Opportunity

We’re working with a growing removals company based in West London who is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager. This role will involve managing warehouse operations, overseeing stock handling and coordinating daily activities to support the wider business.

Our client is particularly interested in Warehouse Managers with:

  • Previous experience managing a warehouse within the removals, logistics or storage industry.
  • Valid Forklift Licence with experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes including goods in, goods out and stock control.
  • Experience managing a team and organising daily warehouse workloads.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when handling customer goods.

Duties of a Removals Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing daily warehouse operations and coordinating warehouse activities.
  • Supervising warehouse staff and allocating workloads across the team.
  • Overseeing the loading, unloading and storage of goods within the warehouse.
  • Operating and monitoring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Managing stock control, inventory records and warehouse organisation.
  • Coordinating goods in and goods out processes.
  • Supporting removals operations by ensuring items are prepared and available when required.
