Salary: Starting from: £24,175.96

Role: Full Time | Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8am-6pm - on a rotational shift basis

Location: Bescot | Fully Office Based

About The Role

Join the Renault Contact centre team as a Renault Fleet Advisor and help our Fleet customers get the support they need when it matters most. You'll take ownership of complex enquiries, including supporting customers whose vehicles are off the road, working closely with fleet customers, dealerships and internal teams to find solutions and minimise disruption to their business operations.

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to act as a central point of support for Renault UK Fleet customers and dealerships. Working across a range of communication channels, you'll manage customer cases from first contact through to resolution, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with empathy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage customer enquiries and escalations through to resolution.
  • Support Renault Fleet and Affinity customers with a wide range of service-related queries.
  • Act as a key point of contact for fleet vehicle off-road cases, working proactively with customers, dealerships, roadside assistance and internal teams to help get vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.
  • Communicate with customers and dealerships by phone, email, letter and social media.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, fleet teams and dealerships.
  • Resolve challenging situations professionally, fairly and with empathy.
  • Monitor vehicle downtime and work with repair networks to minimise disruption for customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and capture feedback within Renault systems.
  • Develop knowledge of Renault UK products, services and processes to provide the best possible support.
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs, quality standards and service goals.
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and contributing positively as part of the team.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a customer service, contact centre or customer support environment.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email and digital channels.
  • The ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail, administration and written communication skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach and a genuine commitment to finding the right solution for every customer.
