The Role
Our mission and values place customer experience, innovation, teamwork, and zero-emission leadership at the heart of everything we do. We are now seeking an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking Sales Executive to join our Renault team in Newry or Portadown. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently & that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional & enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery, you will be the point of contact for our customer, keeping them up to date & following up in line with the sales process. While continually offering an outstanding level of service, you will ensure that you are achieving your targets & penetrating opportunities in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, Lifeshine & accessories.

Competitive salary up to £50,000 OTE (including £24,000 basic plus commission, uncapped), increasing with experience.
Experience & Skills
Are you a 'people person' who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy new technology & are you a quick learner with new products? Do you have experience in a customer service role?
Ideally you will be an experienced car sales executive with a proven sales record and understanding of value-added products.
However, we will consider candidates with at least one year of customer service or sales experience gained in a retail environment, such as furniture, electronics, or mobile phone sales. You should have experience selling furniture, electronics, or mobile phones in a retail setting. Excellent IT skills are essential to carry out the necessary administration within this role. The ability to follow process accurately is essential to be successful in this role. You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
