Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Join the RAC as a Renault UK Contact Centre Administrator and help deliver a seamless experience for members, dealerships and colleagues through accurate, efficient administrative support.

As a Renault UK Contact Centre Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Contact Centre, ensuring requests are handled accurately, processes run smoothly, and stakeholders receive a professional service every time. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and is confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer, dealer and internal administrative requests accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Own the Certificate of Conformity (COC) process, keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Process radio code requests, goodwill payments, invoices and audits in line with company procedures.
  • Produce reports and carry out administrative reviews to support operational performance and quality standards.
  • Work closely with Renault UK teams, dealerships and suppliers to resolve queries, support workflow management and drive member satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to maintain accuracy and high standards under pressure.
