We’re Hiring: Renewable & Boiler Product Support
Firebird is seeking a motivated and technically minded individual to join our team in Newry, Northern Ireland.
This is a permanent, full-time position focused on responding to technical enquiries and providing excellent customer support across our renewable heating and boiler product ranges.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries relating to technical queries and customer support
- Provide sales support in relation to service issues
- Manage the daily closure of the customer query log and track queries through to completion
- Prepare weekly reports
- Update and maintain the job database
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Manager

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in plumbing, electrical work or renewable heating technology
- Knowledge or experience within the heating industry
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- A valid driving licence
- A forklift licence would be an advantage
