Renewable Energy Construction Lawyer (2–3 PQE)

Are you a junior lawyer looking to build your career in the renewable energy sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global clean energy business and play a key role in supporting the delivery of major projects.

As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal support throughout the lifecycle of renewable energy projects—from development and construction through to operation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting on construction and procurement contracts (EPC, O&M, consultancy agreements)
  • Assisting with project development matters, including land and regulatory issues
  • Contributing to contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment
  • Providing legal input on project delivery and operational matters
  • Working alongside senior lawyers on financing and commercial agreements

About you:

  • 2–3 years’ PQE (in-house or private practice)
  • Experience in construction, projects, or energy/infrastructure sectors
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Commercially minded and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in renewable energy and the energy transition
