Responsibilities

  • Speak to incoming leads for Heat Pumps with homeowners, builders, and architects.
  • Organise calculations for heat losses and property energy summary for the dwelling with a member of our design team.
  • Hold meetings to review the building energy requirements and advise of options for thermal envelope, heating systems, hot water storage, and ventilation systems.
  • Agree bespoke ground, air, or water Heat Pump system including underfloor, radiators, and hot water storage and costs with client.
  • Organise design of system with our in-house design team and liaise with client.
  • Keep in touch with client through to completion of installation of heat pump with our employed engineers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great customer service is essential.

Experience

  • A background in domestic construction and heating systems would be useful, and an understanding of renewable energy including Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage.
  • Maths, physics, thermal dynamics, or hydraulics would also be a useful background.
  • Training and further education will be provided for the successful applicant.
  • A vehicle will be provided.
