Working within OVO’s Energy function, this role sits within the Renewable Energy Team. We’re a team at the forefront of the energy transition, leading the charge to bring more renewable energy to our customers. This role sits within a team of experts on renewable energy - who are leading OVO’s work providing first class power purchase agreements to renewable generators all over the UK.
This role in a nutshell:
You’ll work with our Renewable Energy Operations team to play a pivotal role by building and managing actionable reporting for our Advanced Export customer base and analysing key performance metrics. You'll provide the insights needed to make informed operational decisions. You’ll be the bridge between our data and operational success, equipping our Account Managers/Specialists with the tools to deliver first-class service while ensuring high-quality customer support and gaining direct hands-on exposure to our wider customer base.

Your key outcomes will be:
- Build and manage precise, timely, and actionable reporting for the Advanced Export customer base.
- Analyse performance metrics to deliver insights that guide key operational decisions.
- Equip operational Account Managers and Specialists with data and tools to maintain expected service standards.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed, including direct engagement with customers to resolve operational issues.
- Understand contractual commitments and ensure compliance across processes and customer communications.
- Resolve issues proactively and thoroughly on the first attempt.
- Prioritise customer needs within workflows and continuously refine processes for better service delivery.
- Manage and execute your workload independently to meet set timelines.
- Provide operational and analytical assistance for PPA and green certificate initiatives.

- Are proficient in core data and analytical tools, with SQL skills being highly desirable.
- Have a diligent approach with a high degree of attention to detail.

We’ll pay you between £34,100 and £36,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us! We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.
