Job Title

£50,000-£80,000 OTE | Competitive basic salary | Uncapped commission

Infinity provides high-quality renewable energy products that help customers reduce their energy bills and environmental impact. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to join our friendly and ambitious team.

You will advise customers on Solar PV systems, battery storage and EV chargers, matching the right solution to their individual needs. All enquiries come from warm leads, meaning no cold calling. Your focus will be on building trust, offering informed advice and converting genuine customer interest into sales.

About The Role

What You Will Do

  • Respond promptly to warm customer enquiries by phone
  • Discuss customers' energy requirements, priorities and budgets
  • Recommend appropriate Solar PV, battery storage and EV charging solutions
  • Present product information in a clear and engaging way
  • Build strong relationships throughout the customer journey
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up opportunities effectively
  • Negotiate and close sales while achieving agreed targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Keep customer details and sales activity up to date in the CRM
  • Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings

Requirements

What we are looking for

You Will Be An Engaging Communicator Who Takes Ownership Of Opportunities And Enjoys Working Towards Ambitious Targets. The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within renewables, energy or retail
  • A proven ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into sales
  • Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing leads
  • The ability to understand customer challenges and propose suitable solutions
  • Confidence using CRM software
  • A positive attitude and the resilience to succeed in a target-driven role
  • Solar PV knowledge, although this is desirable rather than essential
