Head of Energy Finance Recruitment

EWI Recruitment is a global leader in renewable energy and infrastructure recruitment with over 6,000 completed assignments across 164 countries. We are seeking a commercially driven Finance Recruiter to lead our Energy Finance practice.
This is an opportunity for someone with a background in Energy Finance, Energy Trading, Power Trading, Commodities, Investment Banking, M&A, Infrastructure Finance, or Renewable Energy Finance to take ownership of a specialist division.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow EWI's Energy Finance recruitment division.
- Win and manage new business opportunities across the energy finance sectors.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across energy companies, trading houses, investment funds, banks, and financial institutions.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and retained search assignments.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-calibre candidates and clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure new partnerships.
- Act as a market expert within your specialist sector.
- Support the future growth of the division through mentoring and leadership responsibilities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience in either:
- Energy Finance
- Energy Trading
- Commodities
- Power Markets
- Infrastructure Finance
- Banking and Financial Services
- Renewable Energy sectors
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, mature, and highly professional.
- A collaborative approach with a team-first mentality.
