About The Role
Here's what we're looking for: well-executed installations; problems raised early and solved practically; strong coordination with other trades; reliable and positive presence on site.
You'll be part of a team that's making a real difference on the island, helping reduce people's energy costs, supporting the transition to renewables, and getting involved in community and charity projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Installation and quality:
- Install solar, battery and heating systems
- Work to high standards of safety, compliance and finish

Team & Site Delivery:
- Work closely with installers, subcontractors and other trades
- Help keep sites organised, efficient and well run
Developing Others:
- Support apprentices and less-experienced team members
- Share knowledge and help raise standards
Learning & Improvement:
- Work with suppliers (e.g. Tesla, SolarEdge)
- Take part in training and building your technical knowledge
- Suggest ways to improve how jobs are delivered
Essential
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified electrician
- Solid hands-on installation experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, easy to work with
Desirable
- Experience with solar, battery or air source heat pumps
- Experience Working With Other Trades
- Interest in renewables
- Driving licence
