The Company:

OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing Renewable Energy IPP looking to hire a Renewables Graduate to their collaborative and social Glasgow delivery team.

As a Renewables Graduate you will assist in the delivery of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects from pre-construction through to handover to O&M. Additionally you will provide ad hoc support to senior members of the delivery team.

The Role:

  • Support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects from early-stage development through to construction and handover.
  • Assist with site feasibility studies, grid applications and engineering activities.
  • Support procurement, contract administration and pre-construction activities.
  • Monitor technical and HSE compliance throughout project delivery.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ad hoc support of senior members of the delivery team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Planning or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience through internships, placements or graduate roles within renewable energy or construction.
  • An understanding of the renewable project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, PVSyst or similar technical software is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for renewable energy and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
