Our big ambitions mean that life at GlobalData Healthcare is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and rewarding. The role…

Our client contracts include an auto-renewal clause: unless a client gives written notice within an agreed window (typically 90 days) before the renewal date, the contract rolls over automatically. Most of the time this is straightforward. This role exists for the cases where it isn't — where a client has missed that notice window but is unwilling to honour the renewal or pay for it.

You'll own that process end-to-end: identifying missed-window cases, leading the conversation with the client (often alongside the Account Manager), holding firm on the contractual position while protecting the relationship, and working with Finance and Legal to reach a resolution — whether that's full enforcement, a negotiated settlement, or escalation. It's a role for someone who's comfortable in a difficult commercial conversation, understands contracts well enough to know when a position is solid, and can work calmly through to a collected, resolved outcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Work with the Rev Ops team to track auto-renewal notice deadlines across the client book and flag accounts that have missed the contractual cancellation window.
  • Lead the client conversation on missed-window cases — often jointly with the Account Manager — holding the contractual position professionally while working toward the best commercial outcome.
  • Assess each disputed case on its merits and negotiate an outcome within agreed guidelines: full renewal enforcement, a partial settlement, or an agreed exit.
  • Partner with Legal to confirm the enforceability of the renewal clause on contested accounts, and escalate to formal dispute resolution where needed.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure enforced renewals are invoiced correctly, and escalate to credit control or collections where payment is refused.
  • Maintain a clear, audit-ready record of notice dates, client correspondence and enforcement decisions in Salesforce.
  • Report on enforcement outcomes, revenue protected and win rates, and feed insights back into the renewal playbook and process design.
  • Spot patterns in near-miss or disputed cancellations and recommend upstream fixes — reminder timing, notice-period clarity, contract wording.

What We’re Looking For…

  • Experience in contract compliance, renewals, credit control/collections or sales operations — ideally in a subscription or B2B environment with auto-renewal or evergreen contract terms.
  • Comfortable holding a firm line in a difficult commercial conversation without damaging the client relationship.
  • Working understanding of contract terms and notice-period mechanics, and confidence partnering with Legal on enforceability questions.
  • Confident with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and accurate, audit-ready record-keeping.
  • Numerate, with the ability to track and report against a multi-million-pound renewal book.
  • Collaborative — able to work across Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations to reach a resolution.
