Renewals Manager (Group-Wide)
London - 3x days in/2x days WFH
Permanent, Full-time role
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, multi-business group for a Renewals Manager to take ownership of group-wide renewals governance, reporting and coordination.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing structure and visibility to a complex environment. You'll support account owners rather than replace them, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, Finance, Legal and Business Operations to make sure renewals are forecast, governed, escalated and commercially optimised.
The role
You'll quickly establish visibility and control of the current renewal pipeline, then embed a consistent operating rhythm and build a scalable approach that can be sustained across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a reliable group-wide renewals tracker covering contract dates, values, owners, actions, risks, dependencies and status
- Coordinate renewal activity across functions to ensure timely customer engagement and internal readiness
- Run regular renewal review forums, ensuring actions are clearly owned and followed through
- Identify renewal risks early and agree mitigation plans with accountable stakeholders
- Develop clear reporting on pipeline value, renewal status, risk profile, overdue actions, churn risk, forecast outcomes and price increase performance
- Provide concise senior stakeholder updates, highlighting exceptions, blockers and decisions required
- Create and manage an escalation process for at-risk renewals
- Coordinate annual and in-cycle price increases, including planning, approval, communication, tracking and exception management
- Support commercial teams with pricing governance, renewal packs and customer messaging
- Develop and embed documented renewal governance and a pragmatic group renewals strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, reduce leakage, protect margin and increase the predictability of recurring revenue

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
