Salary £30,000 basic + £6,000 capped commission

Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious graduate with the ambition of a career in Business Development/Customer Success to join our expanding Submissions team in London.
This role aims to maximise the amount of research submissions we receive to carry out our research. The role will involve speaking to law firms about Chambers and about the benefits of sending their submissions to our research process (for which there is no monetary cost, but which is costly in terms of time and energy for them). This position in particular will focus on retention and re-engagement of firms that have previously submitted to Chambers.
Previous experience in a client-facing role would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and be confident communicating with clients, team members and management. They will be highly organized and maintain accurate records.
- Maximise submissions from outbound enquiries
- Build relationships with firms and "retain" previous years' submissions (submitting is an annual process)
- Achieve/exceed individual monthly/quarterly targets of client interactions and number of submissions
- Develop contacts/senior level relationships within new and dormant clients
- Be self-sufficient in generating appointments and activities that lead to submission retention
- Accurately record all information in company CRM (Salesforce)

- Strong communication skills (listening, questioning, written, verbal)
- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams
- Ability to multitask and be organized while doing so
