Role Description
To manage and coordinate the timely renewal of renewals, ensuring no lapses in compliance coverage and that all renewals are actioned within agreed timescales.

The Renewals Coordinator works closely with clients, brokers, Engineer Surveyors, Account Handlers, and technical managers to:
- Plan and confirm renewal inspections
- Price and produce renewal quotations for brokers and direct customers
- Onboard renewed contracts and schedules to BTIS systems
- Maintain accurate renewal data, supporting continuity of service and conversion of renewals into confirmed jobs
