About the opportunity 👇

Key Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for our customers with regard to their subscription and contract with us, managing a monthly subscription level, maintaining accurate usage levels, billing accurately and supporting our customers internally and externally to achieve their growth.
  • Preparing renewals quotations, usage reports, and notifications.
  • Proactively communicating with existing customers to negotiate T&Cs and issue renewal contracts.
  • Identifying and initiating Up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the CRM.
  • Managing cancellation requests collaboratively with Customer Success to avoid churn.
  • Escalating pain points to the Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely information in the CRM database.
  • Building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Commercial experience: Negotiation of prices, contract.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Solid experience in renewals or finance role in an IT/SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Previous exposure to upsell/upgrades is preferable.
  • Self-motivated team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Netsuite & Documotion experience would be useful.
