Help leading corporates transform treasury and finance operations
Across Europe, corporate organisations are under pressure to improve cash visibility, optimise liquidity, strengthen financial controls, and drive greater efficiency across treasury and finance functions.
Many organisations continue to rely on manual processes, fragmented systems, and complex workflows that limit visibility, increase operational risk, and reduce agility. Treasury and finance leaders are increasingly seeking automation to improve decision-making, reduce costs, and create scalable operating models.
At FIS, our Treasury and Automated Finance Solutions help organisations streamline critical treasury and finance processes, improve operational resilience, optimise cash management, and create greater control across global operations.
We are now hiring a Renewals Manager Lead to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Europe, ensuring customers continue to realise value from their FIS investment while driving strong renewal and retention outcomes.
The impact you’ll have
This role is about more than contract renewals. You'll play a key role in helping corporate treasury and finance teams maximise the value of their technology investment while protecting and growing recurring revenue across strategic client accounts.
You'll
- Own the renewal strategy and execution across a portfolio of European corporate accounts
- Protect and grow recurring revenue through proactive renewal management
- Build trusted relationships with Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
- Identify renewal risks early and develop mitigation plans
- Support customer value realisation and commercial retention initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the client portfolio
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
