Renewals Sales Administrator

Location: Sheffield - 3 days in office
Contract: Permanent

The Opportunity

We are supporting a well-established, growing technology services business as they look to appoint a Renewals Administrator to join their commercial support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has strong administration and organisational skills. The role is focused on managing customer renewals, supporting recurring revenue and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You'll be responsible for coordinating renewal activity, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring contracts are renewed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track customer contract and service renewals.
  • Prepare accurate renewal quotations and obtain pricing where required.
  • Liaise with customers regarding upcoming renewals and related queries.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to progress renewal opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and renewal documentation.
  • Follow up outstanding quotations and customer responses.
  • Support the processing of renewal orders and associated administration.
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and provide regular renewal updates.
  • Escalate potential retention risks or issues where appropriate.
  • Provide wider sales support cover during busy periods or annual leave.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administration, sales support or customer service role.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good IT and CRM/system skills.
  • A proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.
  • Confidence working across different departments to achieve deadlines.
