About The Role
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contractual base: Negotiable - occasional travel to Wolverhampton required

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, accurate rent and service charge management plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting regulatory compliance and enabling informed business decisions. As our Rent & Service Charge Analyst, you'll provide expert analysis and operational support across all aspects of customer charges, helping to maintain high-quality data, robust processes and exceptional service delivery.
Working as part of our Finance team, you'll support rent setting, service charge administration, reporting and data management activities, while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure customers receive accurate information and support. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a specialist area while contributing to a transforming and supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Rent & Service Charge Analyst, you'll play a key role in the production, administration and reporting of customer rent and service charge data. You'll work with complex information, maintain high standards of accuracy and provide expert support to colleagues, customers and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the production and maintenance of rent and service charge data, including rent setting, service charge estimates, reconciliations, reporting and query resolution.
- Maintaining accurate customer charge, financial and property information within our systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Delivering high-quality analysis and reporting to support operational, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting annual rent and service charge reviews, regulatory returns and other key cyclical activities.
- Working closely with colleagues to investigate and resolve customer charge queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring financial information is processed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and analytical individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and delivering excellent customer outcomes. You'll be highly organised, comfortable working with complex information and able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
You'll Bring
- Experience working with rent, service charges or customer charges.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial and business systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience handling and analysing complex data.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.
- A methodical and detail-focused approach with the ability to deliver accurate work within agreed timescales.
