Rent Review Negotiator

Richmond, Surrey
£32k + Bonus
Monday - Friday

This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, is currently recruiting for a Rent Review Negotiator to join their friendly team in Richmond.

Working in the vibrant Lettings Head Office you will be sat alongside the Tenancy Progression, Client Services, Property Management and Client Accounts teams. You will be responsible for looking after the administration and negotiation of client’s tenancy agreements, whilst collaborating with cross functional teams and contributing to the success of the company.

Our client is looking to recruit a confident, highly organised rent review negotiator, who enjoys providing excellent service levels, takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as within a team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!

Personal specification:

  • Proven experience in tenancy renewals, rent reviews or a similar fee-earning environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to influence outcomes and secure favourable tenancy terms
  • Confident communicator with clients, landlords, tenants and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of lettings legislation and end-of-tenancy procedures
  • Strong relationship building skills.

The salary on offer for this rent review negotiator role will be £32,000 plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. You will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after probation.
