About the Role
Our client is a leading commercial tenant lease advisory business specialising in creating long-term value for occupiers through innovative, cost-effective and commercially focused leasing strategies. With a strong reputation in the market and an impressive track record of delivering significant savings for clients, the business advises some of the UK's most recognisable operators across the hospitality, retail, leisure and wider commercial property sectors.
Our client is now seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Rent Review Surveyor to join its growing Lease Advisory team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and expansion of a specialist rent review service, managing your own portfolio of instructions while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex assignments.
Working across a diverse range of commercial properties, you will be involved in both open market rent reviews and affordability-led negotiations, helping occupier clients reduce occupational costs and maximise long-term value. Alongside professional case work, you will contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Rent Review department.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
