About the Role

We’re looking for a Rental Account Manager to join us working with both PSCo and Dry Hire Lighting, playing a key role in delivering professional lighting and video rental solutions to customers across the industry. Combining account management, customer service and project coordination, this customer-facing role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, support successful rental projects from enquiry to completion, and develop your technical and commercial expertise within a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a clear pathway to Senior Account Manager.

What you will be doing in this role

Customer, Market and Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain a strong working understanding of PSCo's professional lighting and video rental portfolio.
  • Build positive relationships with existing customers, understanding their day-to-day requirements, project activity and future opportunities.
  • Recommend appropriate rental solutions for standard applications based on customer requirements, budget, environment and equipment availability.
  • Develop an understanding of the live events, touring, broadcast, television, theatre, corporate and exhibition markets and how customers use rental technology.

Account Management and Customer Development

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing rental customers across lighting and video.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new customer relationships.
  • Produce accurate quotations and equipment proposals, working closely with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing and delivery requirements.
  • Support Senior Account Managers on larger projects, strategic accounts, customer meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Promote the breadth of the rental portfolio and identify opportunities to introduce complementary lighting, display, processing and control technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
