Salary: Up to £38,280
Location: Bristol
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rental Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing business in Bristol.
This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys coordinating engineers, solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage breakdowns and technical service enquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule Field Service Engineers.
- Diagnose faults remotely where possible.
- Plan preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs.
- Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records.
- Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
- Participate in the on-call rota following training.

What We're Looking For
- Mechanical or Electrical background.
- Experience in Service Coordination or Technical Supervision.
- Knowledge of generators or similar equipment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A forklift licence and experience within the power generation industry would be an advantage.
