Rentals Director
A well-established HVAC company with decades of trusted experience are looking for a Rentals Director to provide strategic direction and leadership, ensuring high-performing service operations are delivered. They require a senior leader of the organisation who actively engages with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders to promote and further develop the company as a quality, performance-focused industry leader.
HVAC knowledge and experience is essential.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with fellow Directors to maintain and grow the business, ensuring that exceptional service delivery and quality are consistently achieved
- Provide direction and leadership at all points of the employee life cycle to ensure that the company People Strategy is applied
- Apply and champion the employee engagement and communication strategy, messaging and approach; translate the company vision into meaningful directorate, team and individual goals and objectives.
- Lead the rental business strategy, business development, change implementation and operational delivery within budget and timescales.
- Take proactive accountability and responsibility for Rental directorate performance collectively and individually, including revenue growth, profitability, budget management, service delivery, customer experience and fleet utilisation.
- Drive continuous improvement across rental operations, systems, processes and reporting to support scalability, efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Engage collaboratively with Sales, Service and Projects teams to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and maximise cross-divisional growth.
- As the Rental knowledge expert, provide advice, guidance and coaching to others to ensure that the appropriate practices are applied. Share the knowledge and up-skill to ensure succession planning and scalability of delivery.
- Make directorate decisions in accordance with the Leadership Framework, delegated authority and agreed terms of reference.

- HVAC industry knowledge and experience
- Proven commercial acumen, driving profitability and turnover
- Strategic leadership, decision making, management and performance delivery
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in engineering or business
- Worked within customer-driven roles developing sustained client relationships
- Full UK Driving Licence
